Japanese houseThere are a single house and an apartment. In the apartment, there are two type of the rental system and the purchase type.1) Single house
The right figure shows the typical single house in the suburbs of the city.
The land area is small, about 150 square meters, because the land price around the city is very expensive. Almost of the single houses are made from wood.
2) Apartment type
The apartment type is small than the single house type.

It is so difficult that people in Japan own their home because of high price.
It takes about $200,000 - $400,000 to get the house.
So a lot of people lives in the rental type apartment.
